Service guide

Details of support

(1) Equipment usage

Users can operate equipment themselves.
(Introductory training is provided for first-time users.)

(2) Technical consultation

Support staff provide users with technical advice and consultation services.

(3) Technical service

Support staff operate equipment for processing and analysis on behalf of users.

Service guide

Contact the Office for the Promotion of Nanotechnology Collaborative Research in advance with support enquiries. Written requests for support are required after preliminary arrangements have been made, and a support contract will be entered into if the request is approved.

Once the period of support is complete, a usage invoice will be issued and a user’s report will be provided (disclosure may be postponed for two years for intellectual property or other reasons).
